Q. How do I remove items from my shopping cart?
A. Click 'view cart' on the left hand panel. This will
take you to your shopping cart where you can remove items,
change quantites etc.
Q. The site won't accept my payment details?
A.As we use Protx online payment system there are several
security measures in place. The invoice address must be
the one the card is registered to, a valid email address
must be entered, the CVV (3 digit security code) must be
correct. If you believe all these are correct and you are
still having problems you can call us on 01484 540352 or
fax details through to 01484 540353.
Q. I have completed my order but now I want to
add something?
A. Not a problem, either send us an email with your order
number and the items you'd like to add and we will add then
and take payment from your original card. Alternatively
you can call us on 01484 540352.
Q. I ordered more than 5 business days ago and
haven't received my order yet?
A. If your order is going to be more than 5 business days
a member of the team will normally notify you of any problems
(with the exception of Aprilia items which can take up to
2 weeks). If you haven't heard from us it may be that we
have incorrect contact information, or your goods have been
shipped and there is a problem in transit. We would recommend
you email us quoting your order number and we will reply
within 1 working day with full details.
Q. I live outside the UK, how much will shipping
be?
A. International shipping depends entirely on the item
ordered and the shipping destination. We use FedEx International
who calculate shipping costs by dimensional weight. Some
companies have a set price for International orders but
we don't believe this is a fair option. If you order a pair
of gloves why should you pay the same shipping fee as someone
who orders a much heavier, bulkier item? Therefore once
we have downloaded your order we will provide a shipping
quote. If you are happy with the quote we will deduct the
amount from your original payment card. Not happy, let us
know and we may be able to ship via Royal Mail (up to 2kg
only). If after the Royal Mail quote you are still not happy
we will cancel your order and refund your card. Alternatively
you can contact us by email prior to your order for a shipping
quote. Please include all items and shipping country. If
your country is not listed let us know, we may still be
able to ship to you.
Q. I know what I want to order but I'm not sure
on sizing?
A. Our sizing guide can be found here but if you're still unsure feel free to email us with the
product you're interested in and we can help with any further
sizing queries.
Q. I've received my item but it doesn't fit?
A. Not a problem, simply return it to the address on the
invoice, along with your order number and a letter stating
the new size required and we'll exchange it for you (shipping
fee will apply)
Q. I've ordered a bike online, what happens now?
A. You will be contacted by a member of our sales team
whol will go through all the fine tuning with you.
Q. Do you have a shop I can visit?
A. Yes, our retail premises are based in Huddersfield,

Q. I have returned my item for a refund, how long
til I get it?
A. Goods that have been returned for a refund will be processed
within 30 days.
