Returns Policy

We offer a 7 day no quibble returns policy. If you change your mind we will refund the cost of the item in full*.
If you have received your goods and find they do not fit we will be more than happy to exchange them for you. Simply return the goods to us, along with the cost of us re-sending the goods to you (£8 via FedEx for most items) , your order number, and, of course, the new size / colour you require and we will exchange them for you.

In the unlike event the your goods are damaged upon arrival please contact us and we will rectify the situation as soon as possible.

Please note:

1) All goods must be returned at your own cost and are deemed your responsibility until they reach us.

2) All goods must be returned in the same condition they were received, with all tags intact and including original packaging. We thoroughly inspect all goods before they are dispatched to you.

* Items returned for a refund will have the original shipping cost we incurred deducted from the refund amount (with the exception of any goods that are incorrectly sent or damaged)
