UK Shipping

That's right, all motorbike clothing, helmet and accessory orders at Motorbikecrazy.com are available with FREE UK delivery when you spend £100 or more. We pride ourselves on our speedy delivery service and aim to dispatch all goods within 3-5 business days. In the unlikely event that an item is out of stock you will be notified immediately and offered the closest possible replacement should you not wish to wait for an item or the option of a refund.

Our goods are shipped via FedEx which offers a full tracking system enabling you to keep track of your goods. Small items are dispatched via Royal Mail First Class Post.

 

 

International Shipping

All international orders will be dispatched via FedEx Express priority service which is a 1-3 business day service depending on the delivery location or TNT Post which can take up to 14 working days. All tracking information along with the shipment progress will be emailed to you. For countries exempt of VAT, the price shown on the website will be less the VAT rate (currently 20%) which will be shown at the end of the order process.
Once we have received your order we will then calculate shipping costs and contact you via email to confirm these. Alternatively you can contact us before hand for a shipping quote by emailing gemma@motorbikecrazy.com.
The cost of shipping is calculated on both the weight and dimensions of the goods. Please note as of January 2011 FedEx have increased their prices quite significantly so we may occasionally offer a shipping quote for Royal Mail or Parcel Force. Please be aware that is you select the Royal Mail option for International shipping there is no tracking and it is at your own risk.
